The Saganash
Inspired by the Ossau-Iraty, which originates from the Pays Basque in Southern France, the Saganash is made from sheep's milk. The milk itself comes from the demonstration farm in Kapuskasing.
The Saganash has a very distinct rich and creamy texture and flavour. It can be used in a variety of recipes (Ex.: in rice, in sandwiches, in salads, etc.), but also stands well on its own.
